Company says they are a gift wrapping company based in New York. I received an email stating to apply for a Gift Wrap Designer position. I received an interview over the phone and was hired. An employee contract was provided to me with the details of the position and requirements. I was provided gift wrapping materials and log on information for an employee website where I tracked and shipped packages to be wrapped and sent to the customer. After 1 1/2 months I was supposed to receive an actual paycheck and it was never received. Alan Green - HR Department stated that I would receive the check via FedEx and to contact him if it was not received. After trying to call him and email multiple times there was no response and my phone number became completely blocked.
