I purchased a blanket on 10/2/20 from the Speak website via an ad I saw on Pinterest. Speak charged my credit card $181.00 and sent a shipping confirmation from China Post. The order said it could take 3-5 weeks. After 5 weeks had passed, I emailed the company (there was no number for me to call, only an email address). They responded and said due to COVID the shipping was taking longer. I waited another 2 weeks and email again because I had not received the blanket and the tracking link was not updated with new information. I got the same response to keep waiting. This has gone on from 10/2 until now. I finally emailed the company again and asked that they refund my money and they refused saying once I received the blanket I could return it for a refund. At this point, I did some research online and found that many customers had the same experience. I called my credit card company and I am in the process of disputing the charge and getting a refund. This has been a very frustrating experience and the blanket was quite expensive. I do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of like I had been.
