Beginning 01/16/19, I started receiving automated calls from SPB Consumer Processing Division. Coming from a variety of numbers/area codes, the very professional sounding calls simply say it is an important matter requiring my involvement. One call said their client was moving ahead with the claim but provided no details. The 3rd and most recent came today, 01/22/19. It said they were checking (my?) references and background information since I hadn't responded to any of the calls. It is unclear why they are calling since I live simply and have no loans, etc. I have not and will not respond to the calls.
