She was paid in advance for all test she performed. She wanted more money and didn’t realize I owned Spa VII when she was trying to go over my head. When her test came back incomplete she actually when into a negative. Advatest and SPA VII are not one company. Advatest is a testing lab that provided cancer screen and SPAVII promoted it in a high cancer area in Lake Charles LA to help the community know their status. Until we couldn’t afford to because of the independent contractors who didn’t perform simple task and could never provide the pictures necessary to say where they were set up for the day at Walmart. We actually were no long allowed to setup at Walmart because of this persons actions … so there is that! I don’t like dirty laundry. So now the air is clean..
Take Care. We did have very good People working with us to help the community as you can see in the pictures I provided. And could call them today if I had any independent contractor work available. Thank you for your time.

I worked for these people and when I left they owed $900 in wages and refused to pay. I did not know what they were doing. But realized something wasn't legit about the way things were going. I have all the information and locations of where they are now. Spa VII is located 4100 Louisiana Avenue where she is set up to do more insurance claims for swab testing. My bank card used for them to deposit my checks was used to buy on Amazon several times.
