Type of a scam Investment
Kickstarter campaign "MagHolder" is connected to this company as follows: The company was filed for creation on 09/28/2020 by company agent Guanqing Luo, and we've already linked him to other successful Kickstarter campaigns that failed to deliver products to backers. Never mind him though, or even the fact that this company does not have a website, I'm interested in the company's incorporator: Zeyu Huang - who as it turns out, appears to be known in your office (as seen in your YouTube videos) as "Caesar". The corporation was created issuing 20,000 common shares, and the business license was paid for in the amount of $50US, and the official incorporation of "Apollox Labs International Co., Ltd." was signed by the Secretary of State (henceforth referred to as SOS) of Colorado on 08/25/2021, Confirmation Number 13397412. Guanqing Luo. There is a Twitter account with that exact name who has had a successful kickstarter campaign (SparkMaker) for a product that - wait for it - never shipped any rewards... and pulled in $505,983. I'll let that part sink in. That company's website is no longer active, assuming it ever was. The Twitter page for Guanqing Luo has only one tweet, and has not been used since the success of the SparkMaker. It is interesting to note that Guanqing Luo is not one of the listed team members responsible for the SparkMaker, however if you look at the profile picture you can see that Guanqing Luo's Twitter pic is a cropped version of SparkMaker's Electronic Engineer, "Yukino Luo." SparkMaker does, however, have it's own website. Check Guanqing Luo's Twitter profile for a link. Interestingly, this website still shows products available for purchase - but I would encourage you, one of their products is called PrintHero 4k - and guess what? Yep, also a kickstarter project. Most users did not receive their 3d printer, and those who did, got a mediocre paperweight. Just read the comments. Looked up their website registration, sharing here for all to see.
