I ordered a fitness watch and replacement bands on the 24th of February. I received a tracking number when the said that my order was shipped and on it way. When I tried to check on it, there was no new information, it just says that it is on its way to the USPS.

They have a website and the only name given is the CEO, his name is Mark Belmond.

I emailed them twice with no reply.
