Self own business that sells skincare products. Made a purchase close to $200. NEVER received the items, and never got an email confirming that they shipped them. Didn't receive a tracking number. I've reached out numerous times on their website and by email, and have gotten no response.

I email them but only 3 times I got a response and I email them about 6-10 times it’s change the email from [email protected] to [email protected] I was not the only person there is another account in instagram accuse this website of scam and fraud in instagram are under @hellokitty.co. And @spacekitty.USA In @hellokitty.com they limited the comennts because people were alerting other customers that product will never arrive that it is a scam

Ordered product from company. Never received it. Started emailing them and I only got a response maybe once saying they were behind on orders. Waited a few more months and emailed again. Still no update. Asked for a refund and no response. Emailed again this month and still no response. Product was ordered in March. It’s now November.
