I got a pop up from Apple Tech Support and my screen was freeze, couldn't use my laptop. After 2 days it happened, I called them and they 'd asking me to install some software to let them access and check my laptop's problem. I did and they asked me to paid $299 for fixing problem, $399 for fixing and 1 year support, $499 for fixing and 3 years support.

I said no to them and the other was on the line tried to talk me to pay $199 for fixing and $150 for technical support. I didn't do to and they cut the phone
