Someone from this number texts my phone repeatedly asking for someone in my home by name. When I called I was sent to a customer service representative who said that she was with SP Prossing. When I asked what the company does she told me there were several departments. I asked if they were a debt collector and was told no. When I pressed for what services they offered she proceeded to tell me that I was unhappy with my life and there was something wrong with me and I needed a therapist. I did not raise my voice all I did was ask what their business was. She proceeded to try and belittle me telling me I needed mental health help and finally I told her no she needs customer service training, called her a B**** and hung up. I still have no clue who these people are and when you look up the company they have some website stating that they help build businesses.
