On 12/08/2017 at approximately 11:30am, I parked at 640 W. Washington in Chicago. This lot is allegedly operated by the fraudulant company doing business as SP+. When I went to pay for parking, I inserted my credit card and paid the $19.00 to use the lot. No receipt was printed or dispensed to put on my dash board to verify that in fact I had paid. So pretty much if the tow company came and saw vehicles not displaying the paid receipt on the dash, car would be towed. I verified this by calling the tow company responsible for this lot and they said cars will be towed and that I should reach out to the company regarding this. After several phone calls and voicemails left at (312) 274-2000, no one has yet responded. This leads me to believe that this is a scam, no receipts are printed, calls go unanswered etc. People beware of this company and the lots they operate. Total scam, report them to your credit card company asap if you parked here. There were other people parking at this lot that had the same issue I did today.
