I have been following a store on Instagram named Sovosole. On November 24, 2020 I saw that they were selling Playstation 5. I want to have it for my son on Christmas. I spoke to someone by the name Donquize Barnes via messenger that stated he has 2 more disc PlayStation 5. He assured me that if I ordered it, Ill receive it on the 28th of November 28th. He provided me with pictures. At that point, I said Ill order it. He asked me to provide, name, emai, phone number and address. He sent sent me a Zelle request for the amount of $650. I explained that I wanted to use PayPal. He said that he went over his limit so he wasn't able to use PayPal. So I sent the money through Zelle. He told me to check my email for the receipt and tracking number. I waiting til the next day. No tracking number. I recached out again and he said he will send it right away. I still didn't receive it so I send other message. Donquize stop responding and blocked me on Instagram. I tried to dispute the transaction with my bank but wasn't successful because I use Zelle. So now Im out of $650 and a PlayStation 5
