Had a problem using Zelle (peer-to-peer) money transfer application. Called Zelle Technical Support number. Their technical support person acting like he was helping instead took $1500 out of my account. Said he was doing a test to see if Zelle was working. It was a live money transfer out of my checking account. They gave me a bogus name. To fix the problem he had me install AnyDesk (remote control s/w) this allows the person to take over your ipone on a mac. He made several excuses why the money came out of my account & it wasn't a test. Next time I call back I'm blocked, then I noticed all phone numbers are deleted off the Internet. The phone # he calls from (Lan Line) is registered to Bandwith CLEC LLC company. This person had a very thick Indian ascent from India. I never got my money back. Zelle refuses to help. They say its not their problem. The Zelle application is owned by Early Warning Service company & the banks own Early Warning Service. The banks that own them are BofAmerica, Wells Fargo, Chase, & two banks. A warning be very careful if you use Zelle. If something goes wrong you lose your money.
