Someone called two of our group home facilities stating electricity would be disconnected due to non-payment, payment needed to be made today in cash to and express payment facility. Stated otherwise technician would be sent to the home within the hour to shut off meter.

We got a phone call from a William Jackson gave us a work order # 201-0040 He said he was from So Ca Edison number 818-306-3161. Saying that they have not received our payment and our electric bill will be shut off today. I pulled file with all payments to edison and called back and as I asked for William Jackson they asked me for work order # and they said yes we are scheduled to be shut off today and hung up. I called again thinking it was bad connection A Bobby Jonson answered and he said yes we will be disconnected and hung up again.
