I was contacted by a lady call herself Joan Goodman she said she has a buyer for my timeshare. She also stated that her company is rated A+. I check it out and yes, the page did say A+. I listen to her what she had to say,

then she said it was going to cost me 1950.00 to have my timeshare sold. I told her I don't have that kind of money floating in my house hold so she said we can get it down to 800.00. This all start to sound really good. But something in my mind saying this is too good to be true. So I took it to my lawyer and he said if anybody ask you for money then this is a scam. After the lawyer told me that this was a scam I check farther into the company and you know something there is NO! company with that name listed.

So Please BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND JOAN GOODMAN. Check with your lawyer before you sign your name to anything with this company.
