I left 3 voice messages for instructions to return unwanted braces. Same scenario as with elderly Grandmother above. No response from the company.
I finally FedExd them back at a cost of $25.00
I consider their repeated unwanted solicitation calls and this behavior as elder abuse as well as medicare abuse.
If there is any future bate and switch "unknown caller" by them, my next step will be reporting them to the Calif Attorney Gen office.

South Shore DME Supplies LLC contacted my elderly grandmother to solicit their DME. I informed the person on phone that we were not interested and I still received a package of DME supplies that I did not request or want. I have tried to contact this company to refuse this shipment but no one ever answer the phone and no email or voice-mail available.
