I was browsing online for an electric dirtbike. I found one on Sourbay.com. I went to the website and saw they accepted paypal. I then went to my paypal account that I hadn't used in years. I thought I was updating my card on file, not actually purchasing the dirtbike. Once I clicked "update" after entering my new card info I realized it sent payment to this website. I immediately got a confirmation email from "Customer Service" with a receipt. I emailed them back right then and asked them to please cancel the order, as I did not mean to purchase . I received an automated message back. I again asked them to cancel, again received the same automated message. I later asked for an update at which point they gave me a tracking number. When the item arrived, it was disposable face masks. So I emailed and asked what on earth was going on. They offered to give me 30% of my money back. Told them I paid $68 for a dirtbike, they sent me disposable face masks, and that this was not acceptable. They then offered me 40% of my money back, or I can return the "item ordered" which would cost me more in shipping than the refund. Long story short, I ordered a dirtbike by mistake, they sent me disposable face masks. Definitely a scam.
