online ad from facebook about website and reduced clothing. clothes were reduced and very reasonable priced. went onto their website to purchase clothes which I never received. kept sending emails on order and they kept responding that item was shipped. Asked for tracking number but none was ever provided. Website was given to track BUT NOW WEBSITE IS NO LONGER ACTIVE.

I placed an order on 12/6/22 for Christmas gifts for my family. The items were never received. I checked the tracking and there hasn’t been any movement on the shipment since 1/4/23. I emailed the company several times and I kept getting the same response that my refund will take up to 10 days. It’s been over 10 days and I have received anything but a refund of $8. I spent over $40 for the products and nothing has been received. I have talked to an Eddy, Jennifer and Violet through e-mail and nothing had been resolved. I have contacted this company over 5 times. This definitely a scam.

I ordered a jacket that was on sale before Christmas back in November, The delivery date wasn't until January 3rd. the Money was sent to Ireland however the product was shipped out of China, I watched the tracking number each day. on the third, the product stated that it was delivered, which it was not. I contacted the company right away and they tried telling me my billing address was not the same as my mailing address, I went through my order and saw that it was both the same, so they were lying to me and making up reasons. when I looked closer at the tracking info, the package was delivered to an address in Fargo ND. I live in Duluth Minnesota, there is no reason their package should have gone that far north. I told them that the shipping address was the same as my billing address and it was a mistake on their end, they told me to wait three days to see if my package still arrives, I waited and contacted them again with the issue of never receiving it. they tried pulling the same issue with my address being incorrect. and that they would ship out the product again, So I waited 30 days all over again, still nothing, while waiting I contacted my bank to reverse the charge and I never received any product. February 12th and still nothing, they have finally admitted to allowing me to have 90% refunded back to me, So I get to wait 10 days to see if they return my money. The excuses and the fact that it was a different person each time I contacted them replying back to me was a red flag. the tracking website that they use Track654 was also a red flag. I contacted my postal service and they claimed it was delivered as well when it was not in my mailbox or near my door anywhere. the address being different from my billing and home address was a red flag. I just wanted the product that I paid for and waited over 60 days trying to resolve this issue with the company.

In November I ordered winter clothing from Soun Fashion because of its low prices, using my credit card. The website, Sounguesu.com, offers clothing, shoes, purses etc. The address given is in Ireland but it turns out the items were being shipped from China. The contact page says the company’ name is FADEL-BEATTY LIMITED. “Registration Address:” is Suite 10542 Balmoral Industrial Estate, Abbeylands, Navan. Meath, C15 DD72, Ireland. There is also a copyright ©? 2023 US UNGUE Outlet Shop written on the bottom of the page. Email addresses are [email protected] and [email protected] The charge on my card, dated 11/24/2022, appears as RH *sounguesu.com Dublin GBR WC1V 6NX IRL I only spent $25.65 but I want to warn others so they don’t get taken by these scammers. I never received my order and when I emailed a complaint they said they would resend it. 2 months later I am still waiting. I asked for a refund but, of course, that’s another 30 day wait per them. Please just let potential customers know they should not attempt to buy from them.

I have previously reported Sounguesu.com because an order I placed in November never did arrive. However, today I see this same company on my Google homepage with clothing sales but using the name “Macy.” When I checked, the contact info is the same as Sounguesu. Please alert potential customers. This is a scam!

I purchased 1 item online from Amazon on November 28, 2022 and ultimately the item could not be delivered so Amazon refunded my money and then on December 1, 2022, I ordered several coats online from a Chinese website US UNGUE [email protected] with the item Shipment #12878 Tracking #ZLEUS3100485832YQ and they never delivered the coats I ordered. They delivered a Ring instead. I received this Ring from a Online Seller package label. When I googled Online Seller, it listed other individuals who received mysterious items that they did not order. US UNGUE [email protected] are not responding via e-mail and there is no telephone number to contact anyone. Their e-mail is [email protected] . I received a no-reply Amazon e-mail from an e-mail address of ([email protected] ([email protected]) on December 2, 2022 at 3:21 p.m. PST stating that my Amazon account was suspended and to enter my personal information in order to re-open my Amazon account. I entered my personal data (mother's maiden name, ss#, DL#, telephone number, email address and pw) and then it sent an error message. I contacted Amazon directly and they notified me that it was a SCAM and that they did not notify me by e-mail. This was the message of the Amazon Scammer

I contacted the three credit bureaus and my banking institutions and creditors and reported being a victim of Identity Fraud. December 1, 2022.

I did not inform the US UNGUE that they did not deliver my item or that the item was incorrect because their tracking stated that it delivered the product.

Do you have any other suggestions on what I should do to protect myself?

FYI - This is the second time that I reported this complaint. The first time, I cut/paste the e-mail address, but my complaint was garbled because I guess the computer tags/ip address was within the code so it protected the identity of the sender so I had to retype the e-mail and the e-mail address of the no-reply at Amazon e-mail address and message that they sent me.

Kept seeing an ad on Facebook about cheap winter coats. I place an order 12/05/2022. I immediately regretted it but when I tried to cancel it an hour later I discovered there's no phone number or address to contact them. They have a bogus tracking site Track 654, 654 Global Tracking that claimed my package was on it's way from China. Presently it states that my package has been delivered. I emailed the company and have not received a reply. I usually check sites legitimacy, for some reason I neglected to do that this time.
Is there a way to get Facebook to stop running scam ads?

The money was sent to Ireland but shipped out of China. Uses Global Tracking site Track 654. took over 27 days and stated it was delivered when it never was received. I had paid shipping insurance on the product and after four days of emailing them, that the item never showed up they sent me an email that they had greatly made a mistake and will fix the issue and re-ship the item to me. So I get to wait another month to see if I will get the said product. Most likely I won't, but fingers crossed!

The Scammer who the company name is Fadel Beatty Limited aka known as Fashion Soun address Suite 10542, Balmoral Industrial Estate Abbeylands, Navan MEATH C15, DD72, Ireland based out of Ireland is supposed to be a discount Outlet Store. I ordered $27.04 of Clothing Merchandise from them on 11/28 which I never received. The company and I have been back in forth in emails and they have screenshotted me the delivery ticket but I have not received my product from them. It says that it was delivered on 12/24 to my home but I have a Ring Door Camera and it was never delivered. I believe that they are scam artists who sounds reputable but I have asked for a full refund or a full order of my same merchandise returned to me. I keep getting the run around about my hard earned money.

Website displayed women's clothing and jewelry, beautiful items, for ridiculously low prices. Pop-ups showing a pic of an item that someone had just purchased, blurrying out all but the first and last initials of their name and showed where they were from. There was a countdown timer with the statement: "Deal will end in". "Shopping cart" as used by Amazon and other legitimate businesses. Shipping fees based on amount of order. Tracking number given. The items I ordered were not delivered.
