Ordered a birdbath solar insert on May 9; confirmation email said payment wouldn’t be charged via PayPal until it shipped. On May 10 I started getting credit card fraud alerts and requests for changing passwords in other credit cards I have stored in PayPal...and I noticed they did charge me for the insert on May 9 even though I did not receive any shipping info. They made charges ranging from $0 and $1 to $150 with at least six merchants, including Disney, Shopify, Zulily, Netflix and various electronics stores. Have opened the formal complaint process through PayPal. This was an impulse buy on my part from a Facebook ad...never again! I will tell Facebook, too, that they should not be accepting ads from scam companies. Hopefully PayPal will honor my refund request.

Same here for same exact bird bath product. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they are siding with the scam company. I disputed it again. Something is very, very fishy. I even emailed the company days ahead of them trying to ship the items which I still didn't receive from May 4th. I also contacted my credit card company. I may have to wait to receive this shipment and send it back no one is helping.

Ordered 2-lights weeks ago which have not been delivered, Soulate can not provide tracking information or refund my money. The have not telephone contact information and only have a customer service email which is useless.

I placed an order at soulate.com on May first. It is now May12th. I have heard nothing. I have complained to the website and have heard nothing. This is a scam. My order number is 45711. I tried to purchase two JBL Bluetooth speakers they were advertising. Said it would be about 8 days till they shipped. Well after about 20 days, I tried to contact them at [email protected], said I have had no correspondence from your company. A few days went by, I sent another email stating that they had poor customer service, and I am not sure if this is a real company, or a rip off, since you don’t communicate. I did see where you withdrew from my bank account on Jan. 15th. Still with no communication, I sent another email stating that I was going to take action since this is obviously a fake company. I then noticed a return of my money to my account. Except for an international charge of $1.80 twice, that has not been refunded.

I have no clue what this companies intentions are since they will not communicate to any of my emails.
