I tried to order an quad bike for 99 dollars and it said that it was delivered the same day and I have not received anything. I truly believe like this is a scam

Ad on FB for funbike for sale on anniversary special sale. Clicked on website has a secure lock on website so I figured would be legit seems how it's a secure website. Selected product I wanted and proceeded to check out after entering in my credit card info via PayPal soueint.com sent me a confirmation page with a receipt confirmation number. Received email from PayPal with confirmation of invoice paid and who it was paid to.
