I have been contacted by this company every couple weeks for the last couple of years advising that there is an outstanding balance due them of $799.95 for a one year listing in a corporate business directory. I have never authorized any service/publication from this company nor do I have a contract, agreement, etc. with them. They recorded my voice on one of our telephone conversations and are now stating that this recording is where I authorized the service. This recording is in fact my voice but there is no authorization given to them; I am merely confirming our contact information so that they could send me their 'supposed' invoice in question.

Received phone call, fax and email from Sorwall Corporate Business Publications, 6228 St Jacques West, Suite 236, Montreal Quebec for Invoice charging $799.95 for one years listing in the Corporate Business Directory. We have NO record or recollection of authorizing such, and have NOT seen any Publications?
