He promised me a puppy and strung me along for a week. He had me sign a contract and kept telling me the puppy was coming. He has several web sites, it's all the same person. He took my $700 via Zelle and there was never a puppy. He is a professional, very convincing and kept promising me a puppy was being sent to me. He said his name was Robert but I also learned he goes under Mike too. He has a few web site that I know of, there may be more ! he works with a partner in crime called Schneller Transit . As soon as you get the fake tracking #, this guy calls and asks for more money. Google Schneller Transit and you can see all of the scam reports about them. It's a fake company.
