Placed an order, after checking the reviews to make sure they were legit, and when the order finally came, it was all wrong. The items that came were not the items I had picked out and paid for and when I inquired through an email, I was informed I could keep the items that were shipped to me, because return shipping was not cost effective for them, and they would send me a coupon for 15% off my next order. I informed them that I did not want the items that I received, I wanted the items that I picked out and paid for. Needless to say I never heard anything from them again, and now it seems that the shop is "currently unavailable" as their website claims. Very disappointed ?

DO NOT PUTCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a scam! I bought things back in May finally received them the last week of June and EVERY ITEM was wrong the items weren’t even CLOSE to what I paid for! Now I’m demanding the items I DID PAY FOR and have not received them and they want me to pay 50% for the BOGUS ITEMS they did send me! Such a joke! They are NOT to be trusted!

I order an American flag type of tank top from a company called "Sondraly.com." It was an ad that had come across Facebook. I did immediately check for reviews, they had many great reviews and they were not on the ScamPulse.com site, unlike others I had checked.

Based on many great reviews and the fact they weren't listed as a scam, I submitted my order on May 31st, 2021. I did get an Order Confirmation email on June 1st. I did also receive my order today, June 28th, 2021. I did not receive a shipping confirmation email. The shirt I received was indeed the correct shirt, however, it is a little big for me.

I went to their website to inquire about how to return it, but to my surprise, the website reads "Sorry this shop is currently unavailable. Closed." So now I have a shirt that is too big for me that I cannot return or exchange. I did email the "Contact us at" email provided in my order confirmation email, but no response.
