I ordered a motorcycle in November 22 with a scheduled delivery date of Q1 2023. After reaching out to the company, they have moved my delivery date back. After talking to other customers I discovered the average wait time for an ordered and paid for bike is 24 months, not the 3-6 months they still have posted on their website.

When asking about a refund and to cancel my order, the company has stopped responding emails or called me back.

If not a scam, this is a minimum false advertising in their lies to potential clients on delivery estimates to lock people into orders they have no intention of filling in the time estimates.
