This company claims to sell orthopedic shoes and sandals. I ordered a pair of sandals from them but the product I got was complete junk and nowhere near what the advertisement described. When I contacted them they claimed that they sent me the correct product and that I would have to ship them to Vietnam at my own expense with no guarantee that they would arrive. They refuse to refund my money. The package return address was a suspect address of 1055 Sesame Street, Illinois. I was told I could not send them back to that address. There was no receipt or packing slip included. This company is obviously a scam. I later found the sandals that they did send me on another website online selling for one US penny.

Purchased sneakers no return policy included with purchase .. or any info for that matter no invoice nothing..sneakers were far from what picture looked like they were completely plastic the soles were plastic the upper parts were plastic.

I returned next day to the return address on box I paid for shipping and signature someone accepted them 3 days later. I had no email from them until I researched where they came from and they emailed me back and said if you didn’t contact them first they don’t accept refunds and especially don’t accept refunds unless there damaged in shipping . It didn’t matter if you changed your mind or if they were the wrong size . When I contacted the bank there was no phone number attached to the charges .. I found out the company is located in Vietnam and Singapore .. these people are just scamming customers I find it hard to believe that no one has taken the time to complain about this company. I have no pictures of the sneakers because I never thought they couldn’t be returned.

Shoe company claiming to be in London selling fashionable orthopedic sneakers. Arrived , absolute junk, emailed, they emailed back offering a 15% discount or, to send the merchandise back but they would not refund if lost or stuck in customs even with tracking number, AND Id have to pay the shipping fee to Vietnam! Provided photos and explanation and they would only offer a 15% discount off of a $60 product that I'd never be able to wear and are only fit for the trash.

Contacted my bank, they are working on it but I want other aware of this scam PS THEY ARE NOT IN LONDON. THERE IS NOT PHONE LISTED.

*** ***** ****** INSOLED DONT FIR INTO THE SHOE AT ALL, THATS AS FAR AS THEY GO. NOT THE CHEAP STICH HOLDING THE TOUNGE OF THE SNEAKER ON, BARELY!
