I called this contractor (Dominic) to look at my clothes washing machine. Dom looked at the washing machine and said it looked fine. He then asked if any other appliances needed to be looked at. I told him my washing machine was not working well. He looked at the washing machine and quoted me a price for parts and repair ($300). I paid him $120 for the clothes washing machine inspection and $300 for the washing machine parts and repair. He said the parts would take 6-8 weeks to come in. This was in September. I called Dom multiple times over the last six months. He kept saying the parts had not come in yet. In December he promised a refund it if the parts had not come in by Christmas. I called him the week after Christmas and he still has not returned my calls as of January 6.
