I have purchased a pair of sneakers through Venmo (contacted through Instagram direct message) on November 30th. The owner has been in contact here and there when I reach out about receiving my sneakers from him. I have been "spinned" around so many times and I have had it. This has happened to 7 other people that I have spoken to and one that is a personal friend who has not gotten a refund as the owner says he will give since he did not deliver. He has been banned from Venmo at this point and I have tried to contact Instagram about this. We have all paid for a product and have not received. I have been told numerous times that I will have it by this day or that day and then nothing, I even offered to goto his place of work to pick them up. VERY VERY frustrated at this point.
