I’ve been scammed almost $400 from this company! I have email evidence of my telling them to unsubscribe me as I did the free trial. They then didn’t unsubscribe me and charged me $400.

Solving.homes is a whole scam.

I don't know how they got my card. Last week solving.homes billed me $10 and was a pending charge on my account. The $10 charge disappeared before it became a final post. Today, I opened my account and solving.homes had billed my account $75. I don't know what this business is or what services they offer. I will dispute the charge and lock my card. These people are straight up thieves. I went to the site. There is no contact info. There are no prices listed. There are no services listed. These are some thieves and shysters.

SCAMMERS

I tried to use it for my homework , it didn't even work. Now they've charged my 74UDS after I've cancelled my subscription they are not answering my emails but I will get back to them even if I'll have to file a complaint to the police. Cancel your subscription via your PayPal If you can before they charge you again. Very disappointed !

UPDATE

They refunded my 74 USD completely after I opened a dispute with PayPal. Just don't subscribe to the website because it actually doesn't work at all. And if you already did cancel your subscription via your Paypal or whatever you subscribed with and make sure you sue them so they refund your money!

I was looking for a place to help my daughter with math homework and it asked me to upload a picture of the problem. It never helped. It just said "here is the solution" with no actual solution. The sign up said 99 cents but then it'll charge you $74/month. I used Apple Pay because it creates a virtual card and I didn't want to put my card information on there. There is no phone number on the site or any type of contact information.
