I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. They responded that the order was taken, and then the order was filled. The funds were taken a couple days later. Then they said the shoes were not in stock and asked if I would like another item. I declined due to it being a birthday gift and asked for refund. When I initially ordered I had set up updates through mail service when I received shipping number. Each day it showed the package being shipped to different places up until the day of delivery so I was still charged for the shoes that were sent to someone else and I have

not received my refund and emails to say it has been processed numerous times and it has not. I told them someone has my shoes because they still sent them out. How, I'm not sure if they were out of stock and my money as well is not in my hands yet.
