On FaceBook, Solargenics Caviar Renew (part of Skinmatics Age Defy Complex) is offering a trial of product if you pay shipping. I looked extensively throughout the ad to check for additional charges or purchases after the initial payment of shipping charges to which there was nothing. I received the product within a week, tried the product, then phoned within 3 days after receipt of product to confirm that no added orders would be shipped. I connected via phone and was on hold for 20+ minutes, then the line disconnected. I then tried emailing the company and received a Postmaster Undeliverable notification. I called the phone number again on and managed to get a Customer Service Rep on 2/22 (no date is on packing list & I never received a confirmation email for order). She informed me that I was outside of the 14 days of order and I had to pay for the product or she would turn me over to collections. I explained all of the above info to her and she told me she would go ahead and turn me over to collections and have a good day. I am totally exasperated at this point and in hopes that others might be alerted.
