I had an ad on Facebook for a razor. It seemed great, lots of replacement blades, an exfoliating mitt, and the razor itself. The website promised fast shipping. I ordered on April 27 and have received no updates in tracking, however the money was taken from my account immediately. Upon investigation I see this has happened to multiple people. I emailed 3 times asking for a refund and got an automated response back that they are working on it, again the same email everyone else received.

On November 17th I purchased a reusable razor from the website Solara. Shipment stopped tracking on December 4th so I contacted customer service who assured me the razor would arrive. One week later I still hadn’t received and contacted customer service without a response. Two, three weeks had gone by without a response from customer service. It is now December 23rd and still have not received. I am convinced this site is a scam and wanted to warn others.
