I ordered 6 solar flame torches and was charged $128.89 for them. I received 1 in a damaged box that was an obvious return with another person's information on it and a stated return. I contacted the company, who asked for a picture. I sent them a picture of the one I received. I was told the others were delayed in shipping due to covid issues. After reaching out again after not getting the remaining 5 and not getting an answer about if they wanted the other one back because I wanted a new one, I was told they couldn't do anything without a picture. I sent another picture and have basically been going back and forth with the company, corresponding with a different person pretty much each time. Now that it has been over 30 days, they refuse to give a refund. I would have been happy just to receive the 6 new lights I ordered or a full refund. I had contacted them the day after my order was received, and 8 months later, I'm still dealing with this issue.
