He is posting a job listing, and when you send in your resume he immediately "hires" you. He then proceeds to ask for your address so he can send you a check. In this case, I used a fake address. He then claims to send out a cashiers check, in which you deposit into your own bank account. & Then he asks you to take a picture of your deposit slip, so he can undoubtedly steal your bank information.
