I purchase Microsoft Office 2016 with product key for three users and unlimited downloads. After purchasing the first install went well, but my old computer broke down and I purchased a new computer. I uninstalled from the old computer, then attempted to install Office on my new computer. When the software directed me to the Microsoft website Microsoft said it did not recognize the product key. Tried 4 times to no avail. Contacted SoftwareMax 3 times with no response. This was all a download site, no physical CD.
