I have gotten several messages over the past few weeks from a tech support company telling me to call them for a refund. I called the number and was told that the caller is working directly with the ScamPulse.com regarding a tech support purchase i made that is a known scam. They wanted me to provide them with my banking information for a refund, which I refused to do.

This scammer called my cell (I have a 312 area code) and said they are processing my refund for tech support service since they are going out of business and have been ordered to repay to consumer who purchased from them, which I never purchased anything from any tech support company ever. I was directed to go onto my computer and log onto *** and download some program, which I did not. I did play along to get the website address so that I could report it tho. I had a great time toying with this scammer repeating letters incorrectly and saying that I'm hard of hearing so he was screaming into the phone. LOL When I had enough fun I told him what I thought about his little scam!
