About a year ago soft serv clothing ran a sale for 3 hoodies for 100$ which they advertised as their biggest sale of the year. The issue is that it is now a year later and I'm still waiting on two of the hoodies. It took over 6 months and numerous emails to even get the one. There is alwaya excuses and promises of delivering but they never pan out. Now they have stepped responding to my emails. I would have never done business with them had I known I would still be dealing with this a year later.
