Our shipment never arrived. My wife contacted SoftPetPaws and they claimed it was delivered, but the tracking information showed it was held at a postal facility and picked up by someone who wasn't us. They refused to replace or issue a refund, and told us to call the police about it. They refused to provide any evidence of who signed for it or even that they had shipped it to the correct address. We get shipments all the time from other retailers without issue, and in the rarest of occasions when a package gets lost, EVERY OTHER RETAILER errs on the side of the customer, usually offering to re-ship without question. Not SoftPetPaws, which makes me think they regularly screw over customers. We're having AMEX reverse the charge, but honestly, we are simply STUNNED by how cavalier they are about their shipping failures.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THERE LIARS SCAMMERS FRAUDS THERE WEBSITE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND ILL FIGHT TO SEE THAT THERE PROSECUTED ILL BE DAMMED IF IM GOING TO LET THEM DO THIS TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE
