Ordered a pair of shoes back in April 2020 in size 8.5. Sofiawears took it upon themselves to send me size 9 (apparently shoes did not come in half sizes although able to order half size). Would not take return. After many, many emails they said they I could order a different pair of shoes (oh and did I mention company changed to Tildas Shoes...fishy). Again after many emails choosing replacement option which they never had in my size. Big huge run around...nothing in the end! I have all emails...any recommendations on how to.proceed! They should be put out of business! DO NOT ORDER FROM COMPANY

This site is 100% fraud. I fought them through my bank and won. Out of 4 pair of shoes, the same two never came. They refused to provide tracking number for the shoes that probably don't exist. They lied continually and of the orders I received they were the wrong size. They let you order half sizes and inform you after they have your money, they don't have half sizes. The size chart is wrong, and they told the fraud investigators I received my order. I sent 75 pages of emails and won my case. Please don't be stubborn like me and order. You will regret it
Horrible experience

Ordered shoes end of July. No shoes to date. Constantly given false tracking numbers and they refuse a reimbursement

I ordered two pairs around thanksgiving. They said they had shipped on December second. On the fourth of December they said in transport to U.S. Customs. I still have not received them.

I place an order of four pair if shoes in February. I only received two pair but not until late summer. They claim to have mailed the other pairs out repeatedly but I still, 10 months later, have not received the completion of this order. They also refuse to refund my money. They want me to reorder other shoes instead.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in june. it is now almost December. I spent 68 something dollars. I received one pair sort of on time. I thought "maybe the other pair will get here separately". boy was I wrong. I contacted the customer service email. they apologized and told me it would get there soon. after a month I contacted them again and they said it was lost so they resent it. I, again, waited another month. STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED THEM. I contacted them again. they assured me again they'd send it. two months later, no sign. I contacted them AGAIN and I WAS OUTRAGED. I mean I went off. I told them I filed a police report lol. (not true). they immediately responded almost as if they were scared. anyway I told them "I need my shoes, you have terrible customer service and your whole business is a scam, you clowns". the same girl, Eva, apologized and asked me to pick a different item of the same price, because the shoe I ordered MONTHS ago was out of stock. I said " well thats why I ordered it like 4 months ago. and no I will not pick a different shoe of the same price. I will pick a shoe of a higher price because of the wait". she told me "okay that's fine". so I picked a shoe that said "many in stock". so I sent her the details and she has the audacity to tell me that they are out of stock. so I picked a different shoe lol. and I took a screenshot of the detail and everything. i'm still waiting for the response but I dont think I will get it anyway. I also told her "you're not gonna stop hearing from me until I get my shoes. I will shut your company down until I get my shoes". lol anyway thats my review. I hope this doesn't happen to you although if you are reading this, it's probably because it did. :)) have a good day.

The only way to win against them is go through your banks fraud department. Screencast everything.

July 26, 2020, I ordered a pair of shoes for $38.98 from this "company" online. Order #SO69599. September 8, 2020, I sent an email asking when this order would ship. I received a reply on the same day I received this,

"Dear customer,

We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. As we checked, your package was stuck in the customs. It's the busy season, too many packages were stuck in the customs. We have called the customs, they are handling this problem. It will arrive soon! As our important partners, we care about your health. Stay safe! If you have any question, please feel free to connect me first, I will reply you within 24 hours!

I have sent another message on 10/23/20 requesting a refund or my merchandise. No reply as of today 10/27/20. I have not heard from them since.

I ordered a shirt, never received. I ordered this in early July...its now October and I've been asking for a refund. They had the audacity to ask why I wanted a refund back in August. I had to explain myself again by saying I didn't get the shirt. They tried briding me with a coupon to buy more from them and I went off. They blocked me on their facebook ad and I reported them on Facebook as a scam. Based on all these reports, please be cautious when buying online. I also went through penpal and made a claim but I have not heard back.

I did not go through pay pal. I went straight to my banks fraud department. At first they closed the case because pay pal said I received the order. Im like ok, 75 faxed pages later and plenty of screenshots. I won all 3 claims. Fight them on a higher level. The truth is not on their side. I was mad too.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website almost three months ago, and I never received the shoes. I contacted the company and they didn’t replace the package or gave me my money back, even after I kept asking. I kept emailing them about the update of my package and why it was taking so long, but all they did was apologize and didn’t solve any of my problems.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them almost three months ago and I’ve never received the shoes. I kept asking for my money back and they would not give me my refund because of the package already being “shipped.” This is a huge scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Sofia wears is a scam. I’ve ordered a pair of shoes from them and the package was lost while it was being delivered. I ordered a pair of shoes almost three months ago, and they haven’t replaced the package. I’ve asked for my money back several times and they refuse to do so.

Ordered from them never received my order or tracking information. Sent multiple emails and they will not refund any money.

I purchased a pair of sneakers the first of July, received a email with tracking number on July 7th. It was literally on a “slow boat from China “. I contacted them several times because tracking information stated the package was sitting somewhere at customs for literally weeks! They assured me it was just slow because of the virus holding things up. I contacted UPS and they referred me back to the merchant. I asked several times , shipping estimate was 21-25 days. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they wouldn’t even reply. I finally got my shoes today 8/21 and although they are really cute the sizing is at least two sizes too small. It’s a shame because I would have ordered another pair but there’s no way I’d buy from these people again. Why does FB allow these store fronts to do this?
I wish I would have read reviews first. Hard lesson learned, I guess at least I got something.

I ordered 8 pairs of shoes 4 weeks ago from Sofiawears after seeing their advertisements on Facebook. I spent a total of $198.77 on this order. I contacted the seller multiple times to get information regarding order status, then tracking information, and then expected delivery date. The tracking number they gave me was not a legitimate tracking number, and I kept receiving the message "Status Update Unavailable." The customer service person assured me that the order had been shipped and was likely still on a ship that had not yet docked. Once my attempts at contacting them had changed to canceling the order and receiving a refund, they stopped replying to me. I reached out to other customers who had negative comments on Facebook, and they all either never received their order, received only part of their order, or received items that were not as described and of terrible quality.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from seller. After 90 days and NUMEROUS emails to seller, receiving a different story regarding the status of my order from seller each time, I received 1 out of 4 pairs that I ordered. And this was only after I filed a grievance with PayPal. Seller represented to me and PayPal that all of my order had been shipped and received.

Order a pair of shoes on Feb.23. I was in contact through email continually until now (May 5th, 2020). They have sent me different tracking numbers and I have not received anything and no tracking number works. I have insisted on a refund and have not received a reply. Buyer be ware!

I purchased a pair of shoes from this online company called Sofiawear in February. I contacted them in March about not receiving my shoes they sent me an email stating it was struck in customs due to the Covid-19. They asked me to wait and said they will give me half off the price. I agreed. My communication with them was all by email with them being apologetic. April 12 I was sent a Fedex tracking number and it is been sitting in La Puente for weeks.

Online clothing retailer. Sells product but does not shop them, will not refund money, tried to give coupon to get you to give them more money and refuses refund money for goods not received.

I ordered product in Feb, was told it shipped multiple times, then a fake shipping code was sent to me. After 2 months I have requested a refund and seller refuses to return my money and product has not been sent to me.

This company "Sofiawears" advertized their website heavily in Jan & Feb 2020 on FACEBOOK.I am not one that normally purchases on unknown websites but it seemed like there was positive feedback on the site and so I took a chance and ordered 2 pr. of shoes with a $9 Postage fee totaling $58.95.With everything going on regarding COVID-19 I didn't think about checking the status on the order until Mid March. I have corresponded with them thru the [email protected] email and every time they say that the package is stuck in customs. The last email correspondence is what I have includedbelow.
