Brought two products, measured as instructed, you can't get a smaller two seater sofa than the one I have, didn't fit too small. Request to return they've not processed the request. Emailed four times over a month asking for assistance, replied once to tell me it was being processed, it hasn't been that was over two months ago, used their chat box twice no response, requested complaint procedure, no response. Left with produce not fit for purpose and out of pocket, its not exactly cheap.

I purchased covers and was so disappointed that they were nothing like the pictures advertised, have weird cheetah print on them and the colour is light grey instead of dark. They make you pay your return postage and then decide how much of a refund you get when they get the items. So I coughed up the $55 postage to return the items from Aus and followed Sofalush's instructions to return the items to the address provided and surprise surprise it got sent back! apparently they are not at that address... I've sent multiple weekly emails asking what they can do about this and received no response. This whole situation has now spanned 4 months from date of purchase. So yeah I think I can safely say this company is a scam. I am now out of pocket the overpriced covers plus return postage and have these crappy covers sitting around my house. DO NO BUY FROM SOFALUSH

I purchased the largest sofa cover as well as matching pillow covers in the pattern Diogo Abstract. I received the sofa cover but with completely different pillow cover pattern. I sent Sofalush photographs of their mistake and i received a reply from someone named Francine who wrote back saying it must have been missed by their Quality Department and they said they would send me the correct pattern pillow covers, I waited another month and finally received the pillow covers but once again they were for the wrong pattern and did not match. Now after 2 attempts of getting the wrong pattern, they will not even answer my contact attempts and are just ignoring me. Nothing matches in my photo attached. I am so angry and disappointed. I will NEVER use their company again.

Website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. Well, it costs $40 to return and they only have me a 50% refund. Horrible customer service. Cheap crappy product. Avoid!

The website sofalush.com represents that it sells couch slipcovers. The purchase goes as it would for any online merchant from the user perspective. You select your item/items and input your payment information. However, the items will never be received. You will receive multiple requests for patience as the item is supposedly delayed in China due to COVID-19 related shipping delays. When you email for an update, a representative named Francine will respond (via the [email protected] email address), and send the same tracking number that routes to a Chinese package tracking website. It is meant to delay suspicion that your product will not arrive. This website was set up in March of 2020, and is a scam. Multiple reports of this impacting other users have been found on messages boards related to this product, and matches my experience with the company.
