I purchased a monster (Glubu) with a trait that worked on all monsters. Then, After the pass sale ended. They conveniently "fixed" his trait. They called it an "error". They had over a week to inform the players but they did not. They purposely let players believe that this was the way the monster was supposed to perform. Then they altered the monster that I paid for. I contacted them several times to attempt to resolve this issue and they refused.

TLTR: They purposely sold a faulty monster without telling anyone it was faulty. Then removed certain abilities of that monster once everyone bought it
