SocialMeep is an Instagram growth software. On their pricing page, SocialMeep says "Your billing begins immediately after upgrading your account. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact our support and we’ll help you solve your issue or process a refund." I wasn't satisfied, and the pages for the features I was supposed to get, and they advertised, didn't work. All of the followers I got from them were bots and my Instagram account was restricted within an hour of creating my account. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused, claiming there was a different refund policy that they hid somewhere on the website during the signup process. However, the refund policy they publically put on the website is different than the one that they hid on the website. They misrepresented themselves on their website that they will give a refund to those dissatisfied, and misrepresented that it was a free trial when it is not. Not to mention that the pages for their services that they charged me for didn't even work. I believe they misrepresent the refund policy on their public website and hide a different one in order to scam their customers and keep their money.
