I was contact via cell phone by a person that I went to school with asking if I have heard of the social service grant. The contact had a family picture on the contact picture. He told me to contact this number and an agent would be in contact with me for information which was name, gender, address, phone and i.d. after the information they said they would send through the database for verification, once qualified they gave me options of different options that required "clearance fees" and they continue to quote the American constitution Act 104 section 3. the clearance fees were as follows: you pay $1500 and you get $25000.00, $2000 to get $50000 and so on. I proceeded to tell them I was checking the authenticity of the grant and they continued to go into that this was a non profitable governmental organisation (spelling it wrong!) At which point I got very suspicious! they kept asking if I was in? I told them to forget it, I was not sending them anything! they also kept stating that it was a programme.
