The call said all the normal things that the social security office would say even the Spanish translation and this call is being monitored. I went to several options and then I finally asked to speak to a person. After speaking to this person he talked about the advantage and disadvantage of medicare part B and then he asked for my social security number and I asked what did he need it for and they hung up. I called that 800 number back today and asked them basically the same questions the hung up again. 800-772-1213
