I booked a stay at a long term stay hotel through booking.com with the title "south river apartments 30 day stays" on January 4th. Corphousing Group LLC immediately charged my credit card the full amount, including taxes and fees for that stay on January 4th. I booked the stay for 22 days from february 6th-28th. Today, January 31st I received a notification from the poster through booking.com saying that they canceled my reservation. I immediately replied and did not get a response. I then called the number listed, 615 358 7060, which was an automated messaging service for "SobeNewYork.com" I then searched and found many reviews of the same thing happening to other people along with other fraudulent behavior such as bait n switch hotel bookings. I then contacted booking.com support and was told that they would look into the issue and get back to me and then they shut off the live chat. I have not heard back from booking.com at this time.
