After placing my order I received a confirmation email and a subsequent email with the tracking details.
On Saturday 2/17 I received an email update that my order had been delivered and when I went outside to pick up the package it was nowhere to be found.
I reviewed my ring doorbell and saw nothing. When I reviewed the tracking details it said the item got delivered to Arizona. I live in NJ.
I reached out to customer service at [email protected] and received an initial response that they would look into the delivery mix up. Since then I reached out again asking on the status and subsequently requested a refund. LULL!
EVERYONE OUT THERE BEWARE AND DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY HERE.
