Rose Plum Scam "Stress Relief Paw Bed"

I ordered & Rose Plum acknowledged Order# 15670 on 06/6/13/2022 & paid $24.95 for their "Stress Relief Paw Bed", on their ad on Facebook. I have sent them numerous follow ups, but, as of this date 09/16/2022 have not received a reply or the product I ordered. This appears to be a Big Money$$$$Scam. I wish Facebook would vet their advertisers before they are posted. I would like the product I paid for or a refund.

ORDERED A DOG BÈD SNUG PAW HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS NO BED BUT TAKEN OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD 😡😡 HAVE EMAILED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE 😡😡😡

I ordered 2 snug paw stress relief beds for my dogs almost 3 months ago i only recieved a confirmation of my order and since then they have not responded to any of my emails my order number is 16115 i payed $40 for them their delivery for shipping was 10-14 days i have not heard anything at all can you please help to find out how i can get a refund or information on what to do kind regards Sharon breden
