Order #4734 I placed 8/24/19 I have not received any communication regarding shipping date nor a tracking number, I’ve sent several emails with no response to the emails I demanded a refund and made promises to expose them on social media. The only response I’ve had is “ here is our discount for your next order we have missed you” the discounts range from 10% to 20%, I’m not interested in doing any type of business with this company the way it is run is simply ludicrous! I want my $54.90 refunded. Thank you and please help me.

When i tried to contact them via email address provided on the website it bounced back because that recipient email doesn’t exist. There is no other means to contact them

I never received my order and the company will not respond. I have tried calling and emailed them using the information provided on the website. The phone number they provide goes straight to voicemail, but never allows for a customer to leave a message. I've called during business hours in all time zones of the United States and still it always says we are closed please contact using email. If you try to contact them via email your message doesn't go through. The email bounces back because the email doesn't exist.

There is no way to contact this company. My money was immediately taken from my account. Product was supposed to be received already but has not been.

I Order a shirt for $39.99. SNS Outlet sent three emails in the beginning with a order number attached and everything seemed okay. After not receiving any more information or having heard from this company after weeks, I tried to contact them several times and did not receive any calls or emails in return. When I would log in to the company site, it says that the order is in progress and unfulfilled but I know now that it's just a way to delay me complaining. It's been months now and I now realized that I have been scammed out of my money. Again, I have emailed them several times since and asked them for my money back or (giving them additional chances) to send the shirt and again they never called or emailed me back. Beware...This company is an on line scam!!!!!.

Bought clothing from this site. Wanted to contact seller to change size after reading reviews. Email was not correct. Attempted to call as well but there was a recording saying they were closed ( no matter what time of day I called) and to leave a message. Not able to leave a message as the recording just on repeat.
