This company is selling high dollar items through there website and never filling orders. They scammed me out of $300 on their Instagram page @sneakerkona. The reason I am posting again is because they have made a new Instagram page with the same fake contests to continue scamming. Sneakerkickspromo. I just don't want more people to lose hundreds of dollars from these people.

www.sneakerkona.com is a website with high end sneakers and clothing. They told me I won an Instagram contest to purchase an item from their website at a discounted price. They sent me an order confirmation email and told me to pay using zelle. I was skeptical of using that payment method but did it anyways. They received my $300 payment and I haven't heard from them since. There online store says orders ship within a few days. It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. They have ignored my messages on their Instagram page but responded to a friend of mine who I asked to message them. I also used the chat feature on their website with no response. I have a copy of the email confirmation and screenshots of our social media chat before they started ignoring me. They also told me to send the money to [email protected] through the zelle payment.
