I ordered a pair of very expensive shoes on 12/29 and I waited 21business days as it says for the covid delay before contacting them about my order. Since after this time it still had not shipped I tried to contact the company by phone and email with no response. I called and their voicemail was always full. I tried fb messenger but I always received the same automatic response. If you look at their Facebook and Instagram, people are asking for an update on their order and they never respond.
