Similar experience. They initially sent me a pair of sunglasses instead of the Tools I paid for. They said it is an error due to high volume of purchases. I was suppose to receive them later, which never hapened. They offer 50% refund, which I refused. They finally went up to 85% which I accepted. I never received any money after all. Total scam.

i paid $69.95 for a set of tools that i have not received at all. I have gotten 2 emails saying they will be sent out soon, but bcuz it is the peak of online shopping it is taking longer.
