We were sent a form to fill out to "continue an accounting payment agreement." We have no agreement with them. The paperwork indicates that we are renewing services and we should provide them with our bank account information or credit card to be debited/charged monthly. Its very misleading and someone might just fill out the paperwork because our business name was hand written onto the form like we were current clients.
